Andrew Serzan graduated from New Jersey City University (NJCU) with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. He began his career in the financial services and insurance planning industry in 2002. Since then, Andrew has established his practice through referrals provided by his existing clients and through advisors.

Andrew is one of five founding principals of Atlas Advisory Group, LLC. Atlas Advisory Group is a Member Firm of M Financial Group, one of the nation’s premier financial services design and distribution companies serving the affluent and corporate markets.

Andrew is a consistent Court of the Table qualifier of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)*, The Premier Association of Financial Professionals. He received his certification in Long-Term Care in 2012.

He is an ongoing participant of the Learning Institute for Financial Executives as well as a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Professionals (NAIFA) and the Association for Advance Life Underwriting (AALU). He has consistently qualified for multiple Leaders’ Associations for various insurance companies. In the past, Andrew served as a Councilman for the Nationwide Agent Advisory board, which was made up of an elite team of advisors from across the country elected by fellow agents. The mission of this team was to provide agent’s representation in the home office as well as with respected clients. Andrew has also been involved in speaking engagements for various organizations on a wide range of financial and insurance matters.

Andrew’s passions include working with individuals and businesses in the areas of retirement, wealth transfer and preservation, and insurance and investment planning. He works diligently to help clients understand the decision parameters presented by their unique situations, working alongside them and their other advisors to help implement their strategic plan. Andrew’s goal is to establish a long-term working relationship with his valued clients and prospects.
